Hmm, it's a screenshot from a cartoon about Alinaria's parents. This girl is her mother c: The scene is a moment when she meets Alinaria's father.

Apparently her wing is broken (by a bite?), so she can't leave by air... it's true that she has an ice element, but she's too tired to use it xc

It's up to you to think how everything happened. I have only 2 variations in mind:
a) the red dragon noticed her and saved her (too easy);
b) it was the red dragon who set everything in fire and waited for the dragoness to give up... and she did.
